The Department of Tactical and Specialized Disciplines is a structural subdivision of the Faculty of Combat Use of Forces.
At the present stage, the department's activities are aimed at providing cadets with knowledge and practical skills in making managerial decisions and actions in the course of performing various combat missions.
The department teaches the discipline “Tactical and Special Training” and professional training courses for cadets of various specializations, for example: mountain training course, tactical and special training course, survival course.
The academic staff of the department ensures that classes are conducted at a high methodological level, constantly paying attention to the development of the educational process and the introduction of new teaching technologies.
Teachers of the department are also involved in conducting classes with personnel of various categories of servicemen who arrive for retraining and advanced training courses and with citizens of Ukraine who are studying under the reserve officer training program at the National Army Academy.
