At the bilateral level, the Hetman Petro Sahaidachnyi National Army Academy cooperates with:
- General Tadeusz Kosciuszko University of the Army;
- the National Defense Academy of the Republic of Latvia, - the Defense University of the Kingdom of Sweden.
Within the framework of cooperation with the NATO Defense Education Enhancement Program (DEEP) and bilateral cooperation with higher military educational institutions of partner countries, the National Academy cooperates with:
- General Tadeusz Kosciuszko Military University of the Land Forces (Wroclaw, Poland);
- Jonas Žemaitis Military Academy of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Lithuania (Vilnius);
- The Military Academy of the Czech Republic (Vyshkov);
- Academy of the Armed Forces of Slovakia (Liptovsky Mikulas);
- National Defense Academy of the Republic of Latvia (Riga);
- The Swedish Defense University (Stockholm);
- The Royal Danish Military Academy (Copenhagen).
Under the existing cooperation agreements, cooperation is organized with a number of higher military educational institutions and research institutions of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine:
- Military Institute of Tank Troops of the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” (Kharkiv);
- The Defence Intelligence of Ukraine (Kyiv);
- Military Academy (Odesa);
- National Defense University of Ukraine (Kyiv);
- Lviv State University of Internal Affairs (Lviv);
- Bohdan Khmelnytskyi National Academy of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine (Khmelnytskyi);
- Kharkiv National Air Force University named after Ivan Kozhedub (Kharkiv);
- National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine (Kharkiv);
- Central Research Institute of Arms and Military Equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (Kyiv);
- Metrological Center for Military Standards of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (Kharkiv).
In total, the National Army Academy named after Hetman Petro Sahaidachnyi has concluded more than 90 cooperation agreements with Ukrainian design bureaus, higher education institutions, research institutions and other organizations.
