Department workers actively take part in conducting of pedagogical work with cadets. Teachers direct an educational process towards formation of active life position, and acquiring of military and professional skills in future officers. Department workers pay peculiar attention to -moral and physiological support of the educational and pedagogical process; - department staff activity concerning increase of the humanitarian component of different educational disciplines; - working out the system of indices of the humanitarian readiness component of the military specialist; - cultural, pedagogical and enlightenment work; - pedagogical monitoring of professional and moral qualities of a graduating cadet on the base of the system diagnostics. Also, in order to supply educational and pedagogical process, the work of officers-supervisors is planned. This group of officers is of great importance since they closely cooperate with educational groups. Department supervisors pay great attention to the first- year cadets .They help them to get used to educational conditions in the Academy. Supervisors of educational groups systematically sum up educational course results for a week. In addition, they give a talk on important topics such as professional competence development and they accompany educational groups on excursion around the city.
