The educational work of shooting drills department.

In today's conditions of warfare, a decisive role in performing fire missions is played by the quality of a serviceman's training, including the ability to operate in difficult conditions when using various types of small arms and armament of combat vehicles, as well as the ability of commanders of all levels to manage units and fire. 

Taking into account the experience of using units, weapons and military equipment, weapons and ammunition during the armed conflict in the area of the anti-terrorist operation in the territory of Luhansk and Donetsk regions of Ukraine, as well as in accordance with the requirements of the Course of shooting from small arms and combat vehicles-2018, the Department of Firearms Training focuses on the practical training of cadets at the training material base at the permanent location and during field exercises at the International Peacekeeping and Security Center..

Classes with cadets on the study of the material part of weapons and armament of combat vehicles are held in specialized classes of the department's educational laboratory and training complexes. Practical skills in firing small arms and armament of combat vehicles are improved on simulators in the shooting training complex and the training complex, as well as during trips to the training ground.

During the classes, the main efforts of the teachers are aimed at training cadets in preparing weapons for combat use, calibrating sights of small arms, grenade launchers and combat vehicles, identifying and eliminating delays that may occur during firing, practical actions with weapons and fulfilling standards
