Moral and psychological support at the department is aimed at forming high moral and combat qualities in cadets based on the historical traditions of the Ukrainian people, a conscious attitude to the performance of official duties, and pride in belonging to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The scientific and pedagogical staff of the department constantly conducts curatorial work, during which they organize information and cultural and educational events. Supervising officers systematically monitor academic performance and the state of military discipline, identify emerging issues, hold discussions with cadets on topics that they need to develop their professional competencies, create moral, psychological and organizational conditions for self-development, and foster cultural and spiritual values. The cadets visit museums, theaters, galleries and other places of interest in Lviv. To improve the quality of education and upbringing of cadets, strengthen military discipline and maintain a healthy moral and psychological state in cadet units, the department has organized a pedagogical council. Meetings with military personnel and academic staff who have participated in combat operations contribute to the patriotic education of cadets.
