Методична робота на факультеті це система організаційної, діагностичної, пошукової, дослідницької, науково-практичної, інформаційної діяльності, яка базується на дослідженнях науки та передовому педагогічному досвіді, спрямована на удосконалення професійної компетентності педагогічних працівників та підвищення ефективності навчально-виховного процесу.
Main tasks of methodical work:
scientific and methodological support for the organization, conduct and management of the quality of the educational process; improving the methodological skills of the management staff, research and teaching staff, unit commanders of cadets (students, trainees) of the university; improving the methods, forms and technologies of conducting all types of training sessions, etc.
The main activities of the methodological work carried out at the faculty are aimed at increasing the impact on the quality of training, improving the methodological training of the academic staff, timely implementation of the requirements of the governing documents in the educational process.
The main efforts in methodological activities are aimed at improving teaching methods, introducing systematic forms and methods of teaching into the educational process.
The quality and effectiveness of methodological work is ensured by the following activities: scientific and methodological conferences, seminars on teaching methods, cadet education, IME, demonstration, open and methodological classes with individual and general analysis, changes in the curriculum of academic disciplines; development of lectures and improvement of material and technical support of the educational process, systematic study and implementation of the requirements of guiding documents, advanced pedagogical experience and combat experience.
