
The Cycle Commission for Physical Education, Special Physical Training and Sports was established on December 20, 2018. The main tasks of the cycle commission are:
- organizing and conducting theoretical, practical, educational, methodological and demonstration classes with cadets, consultations, providing self-training, taking tests and exams;
- finalizing working curricula, thematic plans and lecture fund for the discipline “Physical Education, Special Physical Training and Sports”
- improving the professional qualifications of teaching staff.
The cycle commission is responsible for teaching the discipline “Physical Education, Special Physical Training and Sports”, which is submitted for certification of graduates of the Military College of Non-Commissioned Officers of all specializations. As a result of studying the discipline of the cycle commission of physical education, special physical training and sports, cadets should:
KNOW
- the purpose and objectives of physical training;
- content, forms and methods of physical training;
- principles and regularities of development of physical qualities and formation of military-applied motor skills; - methods of individual physical training;
- measures to prevent injuries;
BE ABLE to:
- perform exercises and standards of physical training;
- teach physical exercises, techniques and actions;
- conduct morning physical exercises, sports and mass work;
BE acquainted with the requirements of the guiding documents on the organization and conduct of physical training in a military unit (subdivision).
