Tug of war has long been practiced in military training to develop teamwork, strength and endurance. This sport requires coordinated actions between team members, which helps to strengthen cohesion and morale. In addition, tug-of-war is an effective way to train the muscles of the upper body and legs, as well as improve physical fitness in general.
