A MEETING OF THE LEADERSHIP OF THE MILITARY EDUCATION SYSTEM OF UKRAINE WAS HELD IN LVIV

A meeting of the leadership of Ukraine's military education system was held at the Hetman Petro Sahaidachnyi National Army Academy under the chairmanship of First Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Lieutenant General Oleksandr Pavliuk. The event was also attended by First Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Lieutenant General Yevhen Moysiuk. Colonel-General Mykhailo Koval, Head of the National University of Defense of Ukraine named after I. Chernyakhovsky, Volodymyr Myrnenko, Head of the Military Education and Science Department of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Oleh Yatsyno, Head of the Personnel Policy Department of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Rear Admiral Dmytro Taran, Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Major General Oleksiy Taran, Head of the Main Doctrine and Training Department of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Colonel Olha Koval, Head of the Central Military Education Department of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and Colonel Oleksandr Pavliuk, Head of the Military Education Department of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine also took part in the work. 
Before the meeting, as part of the All-Ukrainian minute of silence, the participants honored the cherished memory of the fallen Ukrainian soldiers and all those who died as a result of Russian military aggression against Ukraine. Subsequently, in the course of their joint work, military educators exchanged experiences and visions in the training of military specialists, especially in the context of armed resistance to the Russian military invasion. They also discussed priority areas for the development of military education, taking into account the needs of the Ukrainian Defense Forces, the course of integration into training systems based on North Atlantic Alliance standards, and available resources. “The National Academy demonstrated its capabilities to the participants of the meeting: the facilities of the educational and material base and social infrastructure. I am grateful to the leadership of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Armed Forces of Ukraine for a great opportunity to work together for the sake of the state, and to the participants of the meeting for fruitful cooperation,” said Lieutenant General Pavlo Tkachuk, Chief of the National Army Academy. - “I am convinced that military education is one of the most important driving forces for strengthening Ukraine's defense and security. Through joint efforts, constructive dialogue and cohesion in addressing urgent needs, we are able to bring our Victory over the aggressor closer!”
