Methodological work in the Military College of Non-Commissioned Officers

Methodological work at the college is an integral part of educational activities and one of the activities of the management and teaching staff, cadet unit commanders.
The main forms and directions of methodical work at the college are:
 

• educational and methodological (methodical) meetings, methodological conferences and seminars;
• meetings of the pedagogical council of the college, meetings of cycle commissions with consideration of the methods of teaching and upbringing of cadets;
• instructional and methodological, demonstration, open, trial and methodological classes;
• lectures, reports, messages on teaching methods, military pedagogy and psychology;
• development and improvement of educational and methodological materials, funds of qualification tasks (tests), etc.
