The NCO Military College of the National Army Academy uses its own training facilities, as well as the training facilities of the National Army Academy, the 184th Training Center and the International Center for Peacekeeping and Security to train cadets.
The educational and material base of the Military College consists of 44 classrooms, 2 training complexes and training laboratories, which ensure high-quality classes and the introduction of information and communication technologies, interactive teaching methods and a full course of training for a professional sergeant.
The cadets of the Military College also have a modern sports complex and sports facilities, a library with a reading room.
The Military College has been using the Moodle e-learning system for a long time, which improves the organization of interaction between the teacher and cadets, and uses modern training equipment based on the latest information technologies. In particular, the educational and material base of the Hetman Petro Sahaidachnyi National Army Academy is used, namely: complex dynamic simulators for tank crews, infantry fighting vehicles, trucks and cars. The training complexes fully simulate the internal equipment of weapons and military vehicles. The cadets perform training tasks using real devices and technical controls. The projection device displays training situations with high quality and a high degree of accuracy on the screen of monitors built into real observation and targeting devices. Errors and violations made by the cadet during the training task are automatically commented on in the language and displayed in the database.
Field training for cadets of all specializations is provided by the 184th Training Center and the training and material base of the International Peacekeeping and Security Center, which includes all the facilities and elements necessary for the training of military specialists of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in particular: tank range, training fields for training mechanized units, rocket and artillery units, engineering and CBRN troops, an infantry fighting vehicle directorate, a driving range, a military shooting range, a diving complex
