Attention applicants interested in enrolling in the Reserve Officer Training Program: The deadline for submitting documents to the selection committee is from April 1, 2026, to September 1, 2026.
at the following address: Lviv, 78B Sakharov Street (Department of Military Training, National Academy of Land Forces), Room 1.
The list of required documents is provided in the 2026 admission guidelines. The schedule for entrance exams will be available on the website www.asv.mil.gov.ua and at university admissions offices.

For a student in their second through fourth year at a higher education institution:
1. A copy of the Ukrainian passport (ID card) and an extract from the Unified State Demographic Register regarding the registration of residence, or copies of pages 1, 2, and 11 of the Ukrainian passport.
2. A copy of the registration certificate with the draft board (military ID for those who have completed mandatory military service).
3. A letter from the dean's office stating the mode of study and the expected graduation date from the institution of higher education, as well as the academic performance rating for the last three semesters.
4. A copy of the identification code (taxpayer identification number).
5. Application Form.
6. Foto 3х4 (2 pcs).
For citizens who hold a higher education degree (bachelor’s or master’s degree):
1. A copy of the Ukrainian passport (ID card) and an extract from the Unified State Demographic Register regarding the registration of residence, or copies of pages 1, 2, and 11 of the Ukrainian passport.
2. A copy of the registration certificate with the draft board (military ID for those who have completed mandatory military service).
3. A copy of the higher education diploma and its supplement.
4. A copy of the identification code (taxpayer identification number).
