The staff of the Department of Behavioral Sciences and Military Leadership pays special attention to the issues of moral and psychological support: implementation of the requirements of the guiding documents on moral and psychological support in everyday life, their practical implementation in the organization and conduct of the educational process; training of officers capable of confidently acting in a difficult situation, creating and maintaining an atmosphere of socially significant moral and ethical relations in military teams; promotion of national culture and spirit. To this end, events are constantly organized and held to instill in cadets pride and confidence in their chosen profession. In addition, the department has established a clear system for the formation of aesthetic and high moral qualities in future officers, the main task of which is the military-patriotic education of personnel through the promotion and coverage of heroic deeds of officers graduating from the Institute of Moral and Psychological Support and the National Academy in general. Meetings with military personnel and academic staff - participants of the Joint Forces Operation (ATO) - contribute to the patriotic education of cadets. Cadets are constantly involved in organizing, preparing and conducting information and propaganda activities, directly participate in commanders' briefings, prepare and conduct cultural activities. In addition, the work of the Pedagogical Council of the Department of Behavioral Sciences and Military Leadership and curators of study groups is ensured, whose activities are aimed at improving the quality of training and education of future military specialists, active mastery of academic disciplines by cadets, strengthening military discipline in the unit and uniting the military team, maintaining a healthy moral and psychological climate. Considerable attention is paid to the cultural development of the personnel, which is facilitated by visits to theaters, museums, architectural monuments and cultural events in Lviv organized by the department's academic staff.
