The scientific and scientific-technical activities of the Department of Mobilization, Organizational, Staffing and Personnel Work are carried out in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine of July 27, 2016, No. 385 “On Approval of the Regulation on the Organization of Scientific and Scientific-Technical Activities in the Armed Forces of Ukraine” (as amended) and other guiding documents in scientific areas:
research on the problems of construction and development of the Armed Forces of Ukraine - “Problems of increasing the efficiency of the personnel system”;
research on the problems of training, employment and comprehensive support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine: - “Problems of development of forms and methods of training and employment of troops (forces), improvement of operational (combat) support of their actions”.
The academic staff of the Department actively participates in scientific events not only at the National Army Academy but also at other military educational institutions.
The department has a PhD in History, Senior Researcher Lieutenant Colonel Olha L. Hapieieva and Doctor of Philosophy Lieutenant Colonel Roman Zbigniewicz, who are the best researchers of the department.
