The Department of Mobilization, Organizational, Staffing and Personnel Work provides advanced training for servicemen and employees of the Armed Forces of Ukraine: military units on mobilization, personnel, organizational and staffing work, processing of information on defense resources; territorial recruitment and social support centers on mobilization, mobilization and personnel, accounting and conscription work, military registration and reservation, selection for military service under contract. The main tasks of the department are: ensuring the quality of the educational process in accordance with the standards of higher education and regulations on the organization of the educational process; introduction of distance and on-line technologies in the educational process; preparation of textbooks, manuals, other educational and methodological publications in the disciplines of the department; ensuring compliance of the curriculum of advanced training courses with the established standards; conducting research on the most important issues in the profile of the department on the basis of the budget.
