The main efforts in educational work and moral and psychological support are aimed at implementing legislative acts in the humanitarian and social spheres, promoting national culture and spirituality, intensifying military and patriotic education, and organizing moral and psychological support of the educational process.
- Implementation of legislative acts in the humanitarian and social spheres, in particular, ensuring strict observance of constitutional rights, freedoms and guarantees for self-realization of the individual;
- Promotion of national culture and spirituality, strengthening of the Ukrainian language, strengthening of the state and patriotic orientation of the educational process;
- intensification of military-patriotic education, formation of high moral and combat qualities of a patriotic citizen, readiness to defend the Motherland, using the experience of direct participation of officers, graduates, first-year cadets of the Institute in the anti-terrorist operation in the East of our country;
- organization of moral and psychological support of the educational process, daily life of the Institute's personnel, their effective moral and psychological training;
- effective monitoring of social processes and prompt response to social problems of military personnel of all categories. Particular attention is paid to work with first-year cadets - ATO participants.
In order to further improve the moral and psychological state of the personnel, strengthen military discipline and law and order, and improve the organization of the educational process, the main efforts of the Institute's officials are focused on ensuring safe conditions for military service, forming positive patriotic and military-pedagogical traditions, and improving the professional and methodological training of command and administrative staff:
- ensuring safe conditions for military service and work of permanent and rotational personnel, work on injury prevention, preservation of life and health of all categories of servicemen and employees of the Armed Forces of Ukraine; - forming positive patriotic and military-pedagogical traditions,
- ensuring the comprehensive development of the Institute's cadets, the formation of their patriotic and leadership qualities, psychological and pedagogical knowledge, skills and abilities, high moral and combat qualities that meet the current needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- improving the professional and methodological training of the command staff of educational units, especially NCOs, on moral, psychological, humanitarian and social support, strengthening military discipline and preventing offenses; - wide use of active forms of military-patriotic, cultural, educational and educational activities, organization of recreation for the institute's personnel.
