To train military specialists and professionals, the Institute has created and operates 1 training complex and 4 classrooms. The main elements of the educational and material base:
- Department of Moral and Psychological Support of Troops (training complex - 1, classroom - 1);
- Department of Musical Art (classroom 1);
- Department of Humanities (classroom 2).
The availability of educational and other premises at the departments of the faculty ensures the implementation of a high-quality educational process, research, and cadets' living conditions. Classrooms and other premises, as well as training facilities of the departments are equipped with the necessary training equipment, samples of weapons and military equipment, their components and parts, technical means of training, computers, which ensures that classes are held at the appropriate methodological and scientific levels.
The available number of computers at the Institute's departments provides unimpeded access to the specialized information system MOODLE (distance learning courses) for the purpose of scientific and methodological support of training sessions and independent work of shift staff.

- Training classes - 26.
Educational literature is concentrated in 2 public libraries, a secret library and a library for official use. The state of the educational material and technical base of the Institute ensures the implementation of educational activities in accordance with the license requirements.
