The state of educational work, military discipline and work on maintaining statutory order is satisfactory and meets the requirements of governing documents. The experience of the scientific and pedagogical staff of the department in improving the scientific, methodological and logistical support of the system of educational work in the Armed Forces of Ukraine is noteworthy. The department has a comprehensive system of pedagogical measures aimed at the priority development of humane approaches in the educational process, taking into account the specifics of training military specialists in accordance with their specialty. The department's staff pays special attention to - moral and psychological support of the educational process; - cultural and educational work; - pedagogical monitoring of the signs of professional and moral qualities of the graduate based on systematic diagnostics; - introduction of the experience of the Russian-Ukrainian war, advanced methods of training the armed forces of NATO member states into the process of training military specialists. As part of the educational process and on the basis of the Supervision System, the department has planned the work of officer supervisors. This level of officers is of particular importance in the pedagogical support of cadets, as they interact most closely with study groups. The main attention in organizing and conducting educational activities at the department is focused on the moral and psychological support of the educational process. There is a constant monitoring of the moral and business qualities of cadets, identification, study and solution of problematic issues related to the adaptation of first-year cadets. Activities aimed at patriotic education of the personnel are carried out using the examples of graduates and academic staff who participated in combat operations.
