The main goal of the faculty's scientific, scientific-technical and innovative activities is to develop scientifically based recommendations for improving the process of training military specialists, issues of military pedagogy and psychology, methods of training and education of military personnel.
The faculty uses the following forms of scientific work
- preparation and holding of scientific seminars, development of recommendations based on their results;
- research work;
- development of textbooks;
- preparation of reviews and comments on scientific papers, dissertations, articles;
- development of dissertation research; publishing scientific articles;
- improving the system of using technical means of education.

Measures to organize military scientific work of cadets at all departments of the faculty are carried out taking into account the content of curricula and areas of scientific, scientific, technical and innovative activities of the departments, which is taken into account when determining the topics of scientific works of cadets - members of scientific clubs of the departments.
In fulfilling the main tasks, the scientific work was aimed at improving the system of training of military personnel, combat training of troops and the educational process at the National Academy.
