The course lasts for 2 weeks.
The training of instructors of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (in the rank of sergeant-captain) of the platoon-company level is based on the experience of peacekeeping operations by military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, foreign armies under the auspices of the UN and NATO, taking into account the latest changes to the provisions of the Law on Military Conflicts and the procedure for conducting military operations.
The purpose of the course curriculum is to:
- mastering the basics of combat use in conflict areas during the conduct of ODA;
- military pedagogy; - studying the basic provisions of the Law of War, mastering the experience gained in wars and modern military conflicts;
- gaining psychological readiness to participate in peacekeeping operations;
- Improvement of methodological training;
- mastering the best practices of training and education of subordinates.
The course participants are expected to be appointed to sergeant positions in the peacekeeping contingent in the future.
