The department has complex system of pedagogical measures directed to the priority development of humane approaches in the educational process with consideration of specificity of military specialists’ training due to their speciality.
Special attention of the department’s staff is paid to:
- moral and psychological support of the educational process;
- activity of the teachers’ staff concerning enhancement of humanitarian part of different educational disciplines;
- cultural and educational work;
- accomplishment of pedagogical monitoring of signs of professional and moral qualities of graduating cadets on the base of systematic diagnostics.
Within the framework of support of the educational process and on the base of system of coaching at the department, the work of officers-curators was planned. This group of officers becomes its special meaning within the framework of pedagogical support of cadets, so long as they closely cooperate with the educational groups.
Great attention of the scientific and educational workers is paid to pedagogical work in the course of lessons’ conducting. The important part of work is the uprearing of cadets to love armament and military equipment, understand both the dependence of servicemen’s life from equipment and the ability to accomplish the subunits’ assigned tasks. Besides, teachers form the feelings of responsibility of learning and constant increase of the acquired knowledge.
