To train military specialists in the department's field of expertise, there are two training complexes and two classrooms. The classroom fund consists exclusively of specialized classrooms: “Class of Explosives”, “Class of Improvised Explosive Devices”, “Class of Engineering Support of Combat”, “Class of Engineering Barriers”, “Class of Tactics of Engineer Troops”, “Class of Arrangement and Overcoming of Barriers”, “Class of Information Technologies”, “Class for studying personal protective equipment, Class for studying radiation and chemical reconnaissance and dosimetric monitoring devices, Training area for radiation and chemical reconnaissance.” There are two lecture rooms with 40 seats. Each classroom is equipped with modern interactive teaching tools and models to improve practical skills.

More than one hundred samples of engineering weapons are used to train cadets, namely for engineering reconnaissance, the construction of mine and non-explosive barriers, minefield penetration tools, electric mine detectors, and accessories for electric and fire detonation methods. The field training and material base includes engineering fields with specialized training areas for practicing skills in performing engineering support tasks, including blowing up structural elements, fortification equipment for troop positions, setting up non-explosive and explosive barriers, and improving skills in engineering equipment of checkpoints. |
