Methodological work is an integral part of the educational process and one of the main activities of the department. It is aimed at: - improving the methodology of training and education of cadets; - improving the efficiency and quality of organization and conduct of all types of training sessions; - improving the pedagogical skills of scientific and pedagogical staff; - development and publication of educational and methodological literature; - improving the material and technical support of the educational process; - studying, generalizing and disseminating best practices in the training and education of cadets; - introducing into the educational process the experience of combat training of troops, conducting local wars. Main tasks of methodological work: - scientific and methodological support for the organization, conduct and management of the quality of the educational process; - improving the methodological skills of the management staff of the department's scientific and pedagogical staff; - improving all types of training sessions.
