In the period of formation and development of the military band service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as in connection with the need to coordinate the joint actions of the military musical units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and NATO member states, the desire to adopt positive traditions and necessary methods of joint actions of military musical units during the provision of ceremonial events, to establish an integral scientific and practical system of training of military musical unit officials, integrated into the European cultural context, encourages scientific and pedagogical work.
The scientific work of the department is positioned as an effective tool for research and teaching staff and cadets and is directly related to the practical activities of military conductors, vestibules and military musicians of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In order to ensure the comprehensive, highest quality, professional development of future military conductors during the educational process, a scientific and practical seminar was held on November 21, 2019: “Features of a differentiated approach to the educational process of scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Musical Art”.
