Material support of the educational process at the department is carried out in accordance with the requirements of command documents of the Ministry of education and Ministry of defense of Ukraine. Enhancement of the resource base is carried out in accordance with the yearly and perspective plans of developing educational resource base of the department.
Educational resource base of the department includes:

- classroom for diving training
- mobile recompression station
In order to ensure qualitative conducting classes, auditoriums are equipped with modern information methodological means, models, dummies, outfit and training simulators, namely:

- ventilation diving equipment УВС-50; - landing, ferry crossing;
- bridge crossing; - engineering reconnaissance of water obstacle;

Classroom “Fortification and camouflage”:
- principles of units protection from ВТЗ;
- fortification equipment of control points;
- fortification equipment in zones of military conflicts;
- analysis of fortification equipment;
- camouflage of positions of units;
- classification of fortification constructions;
- single-piece optical masks of industrial production.
Classroom «Military bridges and roads»:
- general provisions about bridges and roads;
- military roads, requirements and transverse intersections of roadbed;
- organization of building of low water bridges;
- military bridges, intermediate piers and butt connection of bridge with the bank;
- bridge superstructure, wooden and metal ones;
- mechanization means for building low water bridges.
